Refund policy

Quote Plug is a print-on-demand shop, which means all products are produced only when ordered. Returns and exchanges are not offered.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Quote Plug offers a replacement if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery and provide visual evidence of any manufacturing defect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If a product is faulty, we will consider sending you a replacement.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchange requests.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
